i used to like avril lavigne like crazy but that phase is over now she has kinda gone "girly" and thats a bit much for me i was never a "girly" kid, she has a great vocal range and can write really songs but she just dosn't have that rock, punk, and seriousness to un serious music that green day has. i wish she would talk more about issues not about herself like boi friends.

I can't stand her. She is a complete fake, she's got this whole 'look at me I'm punk but I'm actually a girly prep but I wear a tie so I'm actually punk' thing going. She's pop pretending to be rock, prep pretending to be punk and she pisses me off. Not to mention she really isn't a good songwriter and really doesn't have a good voice.
